The original for this exquisite triple fountain stood in the Cloister Court of Eton College, Windsor. The badly eroded original has now been replaced by a Haddonstone replica to restore this feature to its former glory. The fountain comprises ornate pedestals supporting three decorative shell bowls surmounted by a naturalistic bud.
GENERAL NOTE
Simple precautions should be taken to avoid frost damage to fountains. Water should be drained off before winter every year and not replaced until spring when any risk of hard frost has passed.
